A Day In The Life Of A Call Center Customer Service Representative

As a Call Center CSR, you will work as part of our customer service team to grow our existing customer base.  You will be responsible for delivering a WOW experience to our customers on the phone by scheduling appointments, following up on inquiries promptly and providing customers with pricing and product information as needed.

A Qualified Call Center Customer Service Representative Position Must  

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of proven outbound call center customer service experience, preferably in the home service industry
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, provide profitable solutions and close the sale
